“Shiverz” is a heavy tonal riddim track inspired by artists like Aweminus and Ophion. The track delivers aggressive bass design and classic riddim energy while opening with a hip-hop influenced intro that reflects my personal style as a producer. Built around punchy drums, dark synth textures, and groove-driven drops, “Shiverz” is made for headbangers and high energy live sets. As Trip-Tex, my goal with this release was to blend traditional riddim sound design with my own rhythmic swing and attitude to create something that hits hard in both headphones and on festival systems.
“Trippin” is a heavy riddim dubstep track built around dark bass textures, punchy drums, and a hypnotic groove that keeps the energy locked in. The track focuses on a simple but aggressive drop structure designed for headbanging crowds and high energy bass sets. “Trippin” blends classic riddim bounce with modern sound design to create a hard hitting festival-ready record.
“Resistance” is a heavy quarter-note dubstep track and one of my first major drops as Trip-Tex. Inspired by the aggressive bass style of Facture, the track is driven by pounding bass hits and dark sound design. A powerful female vocal leads the record, building tension through the intro and creating an unforgettable flow before the drop hits. The vocal energy combined with the raw bass groove makes this track a defining moment in my early production journey.
"Dah-Fxks" track is a high-energy blend of hip-hop influence and heavy riddim, built around a fierce and confident tone that demands attention. It begins with a dark, vibey intro featuring hip-hop-style elements like vocal phrases and minimal instrumentation, setting a laid-back but slightly ominous mood. As the track progresses, it transitions into an aggressive riddim drop with hard-hitting drums, swung rhythm, and gritty, modulated basses that create a powerful and bouncy groove. The contrast between the smooth intro and the explosive drop gives the song a dynamic structure, making it both engaging to listen to and impactful in a live setting.
